Kin Wah Chop Suey

Serving the Windward Side

Reviews

From the Honolulu Advertiser’s Hawaii’s Best Restaurants 2006-2007.

Anytime you see chop suey in the name of an Island Chinese restaurant, you know what to expect: Cantonese food as interpreted in Hawai’i for four generations with an avalanche of menu items that range from authentic (beef with bitter melon) to thoroughly Westernized (lemon chicken). Noisy and always busy, inexpensive Kin Wah — headed by chef-owners Jian Wei Cheng and Kin Hang Kwok — is a classic of this type. Try the spicy ginger won ton, minute chicken with cake noodle.

Great website. My husband and I are residents of Kaneohe and we love your food. My dad that lives on the other side of the island is a long time fan of your ginger chicken.

I am glad you have the menu on the website.
